Preparing for SIELE
SIELE is the International Spanish Language Evaluation Service, which certifies the degree of proficiency in Spanish through assessment centre where students and professionals can take computer-based exams on all five continents via the Internet. It is promoted by the Cervantes Institute, the National Autonomous University of Mexico, the University of Salamanca and the University of Buenos Aires.
SIELE Modality
This is a multifaceted (Global) exam on four competences of your command of Spanish. The points range from 0 (zero) to 1000 (one thousand) and the result is a single SIELE certificate.
The exam consists of four skills:
Reading comprehension
Listening comprehension
Written expression and interaction
Oral expression and interaction
SIELE Independent Modalities
There are five other examination modalities based on the combination of the different tests. We are ready to prepare you for any of the modalities.
The five modalities enable you to obtain a SIELE report and a result corresponding to the level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The exams are:
(S1) Reading Comprehension + Listening Comprehension
(S2) Reading Comprehension + Written Expression and Interaction
(S3) Listening Comprehension + Oral Expression and Interaction
(S4) Oral Expression and Interaction
(S5) Written Expression and Interaction+ Oral Expression and Interaction
